We deliver products using a combination of dedicated drivers and 3rd party transport companies, depending on your location. Delivery costs may be influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) and your location. Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimated at between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location.
These charges will be added the customer order total at our end after you submit your order. We have very reasonable freight charges as we send many items around the country daily. OCS does not profit from the freight and handling charges implemented.

The cost of an item on our website does not dictate the cost of the courier charge. NOTE: If Australia Post is used, we will provide you with a bag tracking number- We are not responsible for Australia Post failure to deliver.
OCS is not liable for any delay in delivery of products or services ordered or any unavailability of products or services ordered.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE GOODS (ATL) if you selected YES, ok to leave the goods, the courier will place at your front door or otherwise stated by you at the time of placing the Internet order in the “Notes to us “section in the checkout facility. IF you select NO then we expect this is a business or remote property. We may contact you if you say “NO “work out the best for the goods.
IMPORTANT: We and you both employ the courier company to deliver the goods. IF you give authority to leave “ATL“ we cannot be held responsible for these goods. HOWEVER, we do want your business and wish to remain a “FAIR “Trader. Therefore, upon circumstances, we may replace the goods whole or part, or zero or: we may cover the freight whole or part or zero depending on the circumstances, such as :
- All effort and patience has been given to the courier company to locate goods
- Time elapsed between reporting missing goods
- Location of properties
- General attitude sense of fair play
We strive to be a fair trader. Any order emailed to us instead of placed on-line is subject to these terms and conditions. All customers need to be aware of our conditions of sale.
1. Delivery Charges are added to your order after it is submitted to us.
2. At the checkout facility you will have two options. One of them must be selected to submit an order.
Option 1. You agree that freight will be added by our warehouse
Option 2. We contact you with freight charge before processing. NOTE : This may add a delay to processing. We will email you the charges, then you must email back saying “I agree “or you can telephone us to agree. Please check your Junk or spam folder as it will be an order form attachment.
- You may be contacted to clarify delivery details. PO boxes cannot be used
- You or your representative may be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery docket when our goods are delivered to you.
- Damages to goods must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days.
- If you subsequently find you have received an item incorrectly you should immediately contact us regarding the return requirements
